Biomechanic Assessment
UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. CHANGE YOUR TRAINING.
Our assessment process helps us identify the movement patterns, asymmetries, and limitations that may be affecting your progress so we can build a program around what your body actually needs.
WHAT WE ASSESS
Our process is designed to give us a deeper look at how your body is functioning as a whole. We assess how your body moves, rotates, stabilizes, and compensates. This may include posture, range of motion, pelvic and shoulder rotation, grounding, and upper- and lower-body movement patterns that help us understand what may be limiting your progress.
WHY IT MATTERS
A lot of people work hard in the gym but still feel stuck. They deal with recurring tightness, poor mobility, one-sided patterns, stalled progress, or movements that never feel quite right. In many cases, the issue is not lack of effort. When the body is working around limitations, those patterns often show up as tightness, poor mobility, recurring discomfort, or stalled progress. The assessment helps us identify those patterns early so your training becomes more effective and more individualized.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
This is not a generic gym evaluation. Our process goes deeper by looking at how the body organizes movement, pressure, position, and compensation across the system rather than just checking boxes on a basic fitness assessment.
What makes this approach powerful is that it helps simplify the next step. By identifying the biggest limitations first, we can choose more relevant interventions, re-test when needed, and make smarter training decisions instead of relying on guesswork.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for the person who has already put in the effort and still does not feel fully resolved. If you are tired of saying, “it is always this side,” “it keeps coming back,” or “I have tried everything and it still does not feel right,” this process is for you. It is designed to help you finally understand what your body is doing, why the same issue keeps showing up, and what needs to change so you can move better, feel more balanced, and train with more confidence again.
BOOK YOUR ASSESSMENT
