Small-group training for people who want to feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy showing up. With a max of 6 people per class, every session gives you real coaching, clear progressions, and a supportive environment where you’re recognized—not lost in the crowd.

WHY THESE CLASSES FEEL DIFFERENT

Most group classes are either too generic, too intense, or too impersonal. Ours are capped at 6 people so you get the energy of a class with the attention and coaching quality of a much more personal training experience.


You’ll train in a space that is friendly, non-combative, and welcoming to different backgrounds and experience levels. People come here not just to exercise, but to feel capable, challenged, and part of something consistent in a world that often feels chaotic and out of their control.

WHO THIS IS FOR

These classes are built for beginner, intermediate, and semi-advanced members alike because every workout can be scaled to your ability, comfort, and training history. Inclusive group training works best when coaches use clear regressions, progressions, and movement-based structure instead of one-size-fits-all intensity.

That means whether you’re getting back into movement, building confidence, or looking for a smarter training environment, you’ll have a place here. You do not need to already be “fit enough” to belong in the room.

HOW WE TRAIN

We use a wide range of training formats to keep classes effective, engaging, and adaptable. Depending on the day, your session may include HIIT, AMRAPs, circuits, core work, plyometrics, traditional strength training, and mobility or flexibility work—all selected to help you express movement in different ways, not just survive a hard workout.


The focus is on quality movement, smart effort, and long-term progress. Weight loss and muscle gain can absolutely happen, but we treat them as outcomes of getting stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in your body—not as the only reason to train.
